Kent G. Voth
Special Counsel

Kent Voth grew up in Garden City, Kansas. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Kansas in 1975, and his Juris Doctor Degree from Washburn University in 1979.

Mr. Voth worked for the U.S. House of Representatives and then entered private law practice before becoming in-house counsel for real estate development companies. Prior to joining the Firm, he served as Senior Associate General Counsel for Intrust Bank, National Association, in Wichita. He joined Fleeson, Gooing, Coulson and Kitch L.L.C. in 2024 as Special Counsel.

Mr. Voth practices in the areas of real estate, commercial finance, and corporate law. He is experienced in shopping center development and leasing, municipal financing, asset-based lending, creditor matters, contract negotiation and drafting, and oil and gas titles and conveyances.

Mr. Voth is a member of the Wichita and Kansas Bar Associations. He has served on the Boards of Directors of the Hutchinson Public Library, Wichita Public Library, Maize Education Foundation, Maize USD 266, and the Wichita Arts Council. He and his wife, Debbie, have two married sons and two grandchildren. In his spare time, Mr. Voth enjoys traveling with his family, reading, and writing.
