Fleeson Gooing is pleased to welcome Joel Amend as an associate attorney.
Joel is a native of Wichita and attended the University of Kansas where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business. He attended Washburn University School of Law where he served on the executive board of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity.
Joel spent the summer after his first year in law school clerking with Fleeson Gooing. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Washburn in 2024, earning Dean’s Honors. After passing the bar examination, he was sworn in by Federal Magistrate Judge Brooks Severson, a former Fleeson Gooing attorney, and joined the firm.
