For more than seventy years, Fleeson Gooing has been a leader in class action litigation on behalf of groups of individuals who have been harmed by the broad actions of large corporations. Although we are perhaps best known for our work on behalf of landowners and royalty owners in Kansas and Colorado against oil and gas companies, we have represented other types of classes as well.
We have also successfully defended class actions against some corporate clients. Our class action experience includes oil and gas, consumer products, employment discrimination, pollution and environmental laws, and tobacco.
