Fleeson Gooing is pleased to announce that Amy D. DeWald and Matthew B. Sondergard have become members of the firm.

Amy graduated from Washburn University School of Law in 2018 where she was a Dawson Scholar and received Dean’s Honors. While in law school, Amy spent her summers as a law clerk at Fleeson Gooing before joining the firm as an associate attorney after graduation. She practices primarily in the areas of estate planning and probate, real estate law, education law, business law, and adoptions.

Matt graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2018 where he earned a Certificate in Business and Commercial Law. He was an editor of the University of Kansas Law Review and also authored an article for that publication. After graduating from law school, Matt worked at a Manhattan, Kansas, law firm before joining Fleeson Gooing as an associate attorney in 2019. Matt practices primarily in the areas of business law, estate planning and probate, taxation, elder law and real estate law. He was recently named an Estate Planning and Probate Rising Star by the Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers publication.
