For many years, a primary practice area of Fleeson Gooing has been the representation of national and regional insurance companies and their insureds in a variety of matters.
Often we are retained to represent an insurance company directly, which can involve preparing an insurance coverage opinion or defending the company against bad faith allegations or in connection with uninsured/underinsured motorist claims. Other times we are retained by an insurance company to represent its insured in matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, construction disputes and claims made against municipalities.
